Employer contribution starts after a full year of employment, (1,000 hours) entry dates January 15, April 15, July 15, and October 15.

Staff may begin contributing to their 403(b) right away.

Outside In will contribute 3% of gross salary first year eligible, then 6% of gross salary each year after that. *It’s important to note this is an employer contribution and not an employer match.
